Why are we offering mignolet a new contract he's at fault for hoth goals and they were almost identical to bogdans howlers we bring back danny ward from playing first team footy week in week out in a decent league he should be getting the chance sorry migs but just not good enough.

Putting aside the latest transfer shambles of VVD do you think it is really a bullet dodged with regards to the transfer fee involved?
Personally i think there are much better cheaper alternatives out there for a CB if its a position LFC wish to strengthen. I just find it truly crazy we were even considering paying that kind of fee for a player who while an improvement over lovren, again falls short of attitude and drive to be at the top of his game?
Hopefully we spend the money on the areas we really need to strengthen and learn the lessons from this!

thanks Ed 1 i think so too, i'm not sure why everyone was so happy when advised we were looking to sign him tbh.
Liverpool are synonymous with buying players and making them stars not buying ready made ones, and he certainly is not a ready made one not for the money being banded about.
Hopefully we put this embarrassment behind us and move on and learn from it.
{Ed001's Note - I am not a big fan of his. I find him a bit lethargic mentally, though he is physically and technically just about the perfect player. Mentally he falls asleep, gets caught out of position and just isn't concentrating far too much.}

yeah agreed i think the money could be spent on someone much better tbh, i think most fans saw the price and went -yes were spending big finally but that doesn't show ambition to me, ambition is getting mentally and physically well adapt players in, who you may have never heard of but training them to be stars!

well reading the man u pages, I've got to say i'm quite shocked at what they class as a good result, they are all pretty happy with the way mourinho parked the bus, claiming it was a masterclass? This is man utd vs Liverpool were talking about, man u have beaten us twice at anfield before last night and yet they are "happy" with their tactics? yet Liverpool fans feel disappointed at the performance as we could of done better and had it not been for DG would have won the game with two amazing shots, crazy how deluded these man u fans are becoming, if pulis came to anfield and did that he would be slaughtered. mourinho does it and is praised, i'm lost! as an lfc fan i want the rivalry i want all out attack and if we get beat so be it, but after watching that bore fest yesterday and if i was a man u fan i wouldn't be proud i would be very disappointed too especially since they have less points now than they did with moyes and lvg in charge, i guess people are speaking about the performance and not the points tally they have classic mourinho though, but all in all shows how deluded these man u fans are becoming and long may it continue that they pull out crap performances like that as getting a point a game will be lucky to see them top 4!

Sturridge is crap and a crock they say origi not good enough they say benteke is a beast they say. Really i think lfc fans should really open their eyes these two are the lfc striker future benteke has no future at all.
