Am sure we are all annoyed about us not getting Guehi in the end.

What i will say though is, i think it’s pathetic the stuff coming regarding glasner walking if Guehi did leave.

I understand Guehi is club captain, Palace had little time to replace and if we don’t sign him in January could ultimately lead them to European success and a high table finish so the money is irrelevant per say.

So i understand all that, but for glasner to say he will walk when he probably will in 12 months? It’s a kick in the teeth from the manager i think towards Guehi. Lad has acted like a top pro and been denied a move in cruel circumstances, goes to show you do have to agitate for a move nowdays unfortunately.

I have no doubt Guehi will be fine as seems he has a good crop of lads around him at palace. However just can't help but think Glasner has acted like a brat, especially when the lad has gave you his all. You would like to think that would play a part in a relationship unfortunately for Guehi it hasn’t.


Really feel for him in this situation, liverpool aside as he seems a well grounded lad.

Fantastic win in the end.

Kerkez again abit shakey for my liking, can't be defending like the way he did for the first. Konate aswell? What is going on with him atm? So so poor, we desperately need Guehi in now i think. Konate needs someone to displace him and have him wanting to challenge for his spot.

Think we definitely need too bring in another out and out striker if Isak isn’t to happen. It will be neglect just leaving Hugo as the only one who can play down the middle. He has impressed me so much but can't help but think we need another option, here is hoping this Isak deal can be resolved asap.

On the game also thought Szobo and Van dijk was brilliant. Great to have 6/ 6, especially with today being such a difficult fixture. Hopefully make it 9/ 9 on Sunday and its a perfect start.

Excellent business so far from us this summer. Imagine if we add to this SOLFP, Isak and a Fofana type player. It would undoubtedly in my lifetime be our best window!

If we managed to ship off Elliott, Chiesa and Tsimi, then that also could be another potential 80m. If we sign the 3 above you could be looking at around 200m spent there for the reds this summer which would be fantastic for us. Especially considering we have brought in some real quality, hopefully more to come and hopefully 3 PTS tonight folks.

Curious as to what everyone sees as a success this year in their eyes?

Wondering how many of us have the expectation we should win Number 7 or 21.

Or do some not expect to win the league or champions league this year? Could be one of the first times in a long time i'm unsure myself. Interesting to know other’s opinion on what would be successful and what wouldn’t.

Evening all,

Not to be arrogant over the Isak situation but surely it gets to a point where we just put a bigger and our final bid down? Newcastle at the moment are moving like snails, surely they knew days ago they wasn’t getting Sesko even most of us knew that! Surprised at how slow they are moving in the market for all positions.


I would be confident we was getting Isak near 100% if they even got Wissa in for the meantime! However that's went flat now and there other target Jackson is being looked at by bayern? Obviously all a laugh and joke in terms of what am saying but come on fellas haha.
