I remember a deadline in January back when we lost Torres and signed Carroll. If I thought a day like today would ever happen. We are very lucky fans with the way our club is being run.

Hello, I don't often post but I visit the site most days. I just want to say how incredibly fortunate we are right now and in particular with the owners we have and how they have transformed every aspect of the club. I didn't know anything about As when he arrived and I thought he was the Liverpool version of ETH. He has been beyond incredible. The team are playing better football. His players are staying injury free and the whole squad is contributing in a very big way. I remember the 80's and I never thought we would get back there. Happy times. Let's enjoy them.

I know Alonso has previously said he is staying with Leverkuesen but surely there is always a price that can change his mind. I loved the way FSG aggressively went after Klopp and got him when he was the obvious standout character. Is there a possibility that they will do the same again with Alonso? The alternatives don't look hectic to me.

Somebody please tell Klopp to put TAA in midfield next season, spend money to get a quality RB and break the bank to get another starting CB. That plus McAllister should get us back competing.
