I can throw my hands up and admit I was wrong. I've said some bad things about Milner in the past, but it really looks like he was meant to be in lb. although, our midfield does look so much better without him.

Ok. Because you haven't asked for it, this is where i see gini wini at LFC.

I compare him mostly to lallana, except he scores more goals. Possession in the defensive area, I'd trust lallana more. Attacking area, wini.

To me, it seems that wini will either do something great with the ball, or give it straight to the opposition, which he will, 75% of the time.

I would not play both wini and lallana in the same team. I don't think they compliment each other like lampard/ Gerrard. Similar to I love Henderson, but sometimes I think we need gjuric.

And mignolet. Someone sell him to dagenham and redbridge asap. That's about his level.

In all fairness, with everyone talking about the 'what ifs' with allens goal disallowed, if klopp didn't take Lovren off, etc. I believe that klopp was right to take off Lovren, the yellow card was very poorly mistimed, and he was lucky not to give away a penalty to s. long in the first 8 mins. I think he was probably lucky to stay on the pitch and more then likely would have got a red if he continued. As for bringing Skrtel on, well, I'm damn sure with what players were on the bench any one of us would honestly make the same call to save Lovren from a red.

Ok. Because no one asked for it, here is my honest feeling about our beloved Liverpool this season.

GK. Barring a major form improvement in the next 12-13 games + Europa. I reckon it's time to move on migs and bog. In ward, we have an understudy, and from what I've heard, a huge future potential. This needs to be nurtured next season.

Kolo. If he's happy with a ten game season, great. I'd like to keep him. Last season it seemed every time he touched the ball it was terrible and would cost a goal. However, under klopp and used sparingly, he has been pretty solid and valuable.

Flanno. Lucas. Love them. End of story

Skrtel. Has been found out since agger and carra have gone. We used to make the chuck Norris jokes with Skrtel back then. Now, he looks scared. I'd keep him. Try to train the mongrel and the leader that must be asleep in him somewhere.

Clyne. Looked good on the opposite side, but it's been one game.

Moreno. If he and Milner could work together so Milner will cover when Moreno attacks, I'd be happy for Moreno to stay. I like his guile and speed.

Lovren. Sakho. I have no problems with these guys since klopp. Obviously, with their injuries it's been hard for them to maintain consistency.

I want to see more of illori and smith.

Can. Future leader. Future captain. Once he finds his feet and maturity.

Allen. Has been great as a super sub since klopp. Maybe it's the beard? Maybe it's maybelline.

Lallana. Methinks the Liverpool 'faithful' has been a bit rough on him. Yeah, he doesn't get many goals/ assists. But I reckon he sets up the assist pretty frequently. Solid worker.

Milner. I'm not his biggest fan, but he has been good last few games since his comeback from injury. It's his first year here, so my jury is still out.

Henderson. No opinion really. I know what he can do, but this constant heel injury is a worry. Hope we see our captain regain form and health. We definitely need him. Was so important in 'that Suarez year'

Coutinho. Firminio. So important. So inconsistent. But, still love them. Massive improvement with Firminio since klopp.

Ings. Origi. Sturridge. Gomez. Can't wait to see them with a run of games. I reckon they will go from strength to strength

Ibe. So much promise. Maybe plays too much for someone so young. Step him back a bit, and we will see his true talent

Texiera. We have failed him. Suso mark ii. Please don't make the same mistake with Allan and our massively talented youngsters coming through.

Benteke. Just no

Klopp. If we handcuff him, we won't see what he can do. Full support. The guy obviously loves the game and exhales passion. The right man for the job

Overall, I think we have a good SQUAD. But we lack the leadership to make it a TEAM. I never liked Milner as V-C. Would much rather Lucas. An honourable and faithful servant who battled the abuse and came out the player Rafa saw in him. So, who knows. Maybe next year we might see a solid leadership group.

Seriously. I'm 15 mins into the game, and I can't believe the ref hasn't even noticed ONCE how often benteke is getting attacked. And I can't believe how offended I still am that Milner has a red shirt on :/ but at least the captains band isn't on his arm. He looked ridiculous wearing that, and so did we.
