Evening all

Poor enough so far plenty of possession but not doing a lot with it, in front but utd look dangerous on the counter, gomez having a bit of a mare earlier on and salah very poor in good positions. Hopefully we step it up a gear 2nd half and put this to bed fingers crossed.

Fairly limp performance so far tonight!
I know there is no pressure on us to win but thought we might have a bit more about us in all fairness.
Not sure what everyone else thinks but even if he is back up to robbo, Tsimikas is not up to the standard of what's expected at LFC starting to remind me of Paul Parker with his backwards passing was terrible for their goal.
Beginning to think the 16 million spent on Endo was money wasted not up to the pace at all and very lucky to be still on the pitch. I'd imagine there will be changes at half time a win tonight would have all but secured a last 16 spot and we could have sent out the under 15's for the last 2 games and given everyone a rest.
Interesting to see what personnel come out for the 2nd half but I'm sure Klopp is not particularly happy with what he's saw so far apart from Diaz who looks possessed you couldn't blame him so happy that his father is finally freed and back with his mother just puts things in prospective I guess.

Like to know people's take on that 1st half, thought we were very sloppy with our passing and yet again so slow with our build up play there is no urgency or cut to our play. You would expect us to go on and win with Everton now down to 10 but we have been very poor and sloppy so far if we can get the breakthrough early we could win easily but the longer Everton stay in it god knows what could happen it's time to move things up a gear or two come on lads let's get the finger out.

Look as I said earlier should have been out of sight at half time and then gifted utd a way back into the game we got a draw which was the least we deserved but our attacking players all have to look at the chances we somehow anaged to miss or screw up Arsenal and City would have put them away and that is why I feel we will come up short in the title race we wouldn't finish our dinner.

Played probably the worst utd team of all time and our record shows played 3 drawn 2 lost 1 speaks volumes really. So so disappointed that we couldn't put them away and then had to fight tooth and nail to get back into it. Just not acceptable lads if you want to win the league you just have to be more clinical and we have been guilty in so many games of wasting clear chances please god Jota is nearing full fitness as at least he knows where the goal is and god do we need him badly.

What a result maybe not the greatest of performances but its the result that counts. Hopefully Mo will be back soon really need to get some of our players back with absolutely huge games coming up need all hands to the pump for what's left of the season.

Very poor so far, trent forgetting about his defensive duties once again midfield is none existent hopefully things will change before we go further behind chasing shadows at times come on lads let's step it up ta f##k.

Interested in views on Ryan Gravenberch has struggled to settle so far maybe lack of 1st games with Bayern last season has set him back a bit. Personally I think for starters he needs to harden up a bit, for a big unit he loses too many tackles, duels in the air etc his touch is poor which has a knock on effect on his passing. He has all the attributes to potentially be a super player but needs to get involved more in games and get tough in the tackle hope he makes it with us but early signs show me that he's still not sure what he needs to be doing for the team. Hope it works out as we need everyone to be at the top of their game for the rest of what will be Klopps last season in charge.

Evening All

Just like to say a huge congratulations to what was a fantastic team performance 2nd half. In what could have been a tricky fixture and after a average 1st half performance without being pushed too much we moved up a gear and got a deserved result. Thought the ref was poor again today maybe it's rose tinted glasses with me but surly Kluiverts tackle was worse than what Jones got sent off for and the ref didn't even think it was a fowl and so no action can be taken by VAR thankfully Diaz was fit to continue and it didn't have any bearing on the final outcome. on to Wednesday night and the 2nd leg against Fulham who will be playing like their lives depends on it. No doubt it will be tough but hopefully we will have enough to get through this and onto our second home and another cup final.

Well done lads great team performance today.
